DOCUMENTO HISTÓRICO IMPERDIBLE: “El Derecho Laboral arrasado”

En esta oportunidad compartimos una edición especial de Revista Análisis, del año 1988, titulada “El Derecho Laboral arrasado”, de nuestro colega abogado laboralista Óscar Gajardo Sepúlveda, que constituye un documento histórico imperdible. Es una investigación que sistematiza todas las conquistas perdidas por los trabajadores durante la dictadura y pone de manifiesto la magnitud de los atropellos a los derechos laborales y sindicales.

En el documento adjunto, el reportaje completo, que evidencia la situación de los trabajadores y trabajadoras y la necesidad de recuperación de esos legítimos derechos.
